At Weldbank Garage we take vehicle recovery very seriously and consider no job to large or small. Whether we are carrying out a simple jump start on the family car or recovering the largest goods vehicles we are equally dedicated and focused on the job in hand.
We have provided a recovery service for nearly 50 years and in that time have see many challenging situations involving specialist equipment to recover vehicles from the most difficult positions possible to everyday breakdowns.
Our main objective is to offer rapid and efficient recovery for vehicle breakdowns and accident recovery. We are happy to provide services to include:
Over the 50 years we have gained an incredible amount of experience and knowledge in vehicle breakdown and accident recovery and have worked for many bodies over that time, such as, breakdown organisations, insurance companies, Lancashire Police Force, individual and fleet vehicle users alike.
We have an operators licence and are members of AVRO (the association of vehicle operators). An independent body whose aim is continue to raise standards in the recovery industry, all are vehicles and equipment are checked annually by them to ensure we maintain our safe working practices.
Our fleet is made up of 8 vehicles:
Vauxhall Brava 4x4 service van.If you are involved in an accident don't hesitate to ring us, we can recover your vehicle and deal direct with your insurance company saving you time and money paid out. The vehicle is stored by us till viewed by the insurance engineer at no cost to you (dependent on your insurance policy).
New Service
A great new service is now available to transport your vehicle to any where in the UK or mainland Europe. Our purpose built Volvo FL 6 with adjustable air suspension will allow us to transport as many as three caravans at once (dependant on size) or any size of motor home up to 30 feet in length.
